Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

BareBearBerry team reviews all return requests. Please allow 2 business days for confirmation.

Returned products must be unused/untouched and in original packaging.

To request a return, email customersupport@barebearberry.com.

Refunds will be processed once the return has been received.

All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.

You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to BareBearBerry. To cancel your order, email customersupport@barebearberry.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
